Has anyone at Tesla lobbied / worked with the National Park Service to get Superchargers at National Parks? Gas stations are in most parks, and they are supposed to be about conservation, so why aren’t electric vehicle charging stations in every one?
There are certain national parks I simply cannot visit right now because of the charging situation. Many others demand that you pay ~$170 a night (highway robbery) at nearby hotels to charge at destination chargers (imagine asking someone driving a gas car to pay that premium?).
Most National Parks have visitor centers & electricity. How is it possible this hasn’t been implemented at all, anywhere? We should be able to access all our national parks with Teslas!
