UMC RCD protection

Just receive my SR+ 4 weeks ago. Car is great, still can’t believe it. Can’t drive much though, we got again 4 weeks of restriction to travel in France.

I have a question I don’t find answer in the web, forum or when asked to Tesla. Hope some people will know.

I have a charging solution at home with the appropriate protection for people (type A 30mA RCD). I am wondering regarding the UMC. When traveling around you may use it in a socket you don’t know much about its security, for example there is no RCD. The UMC user manual writes it detects current leak, but it does not say much about what the UMC does in such circumstance. Does it immediately cut the circuit? What is the sensibility of the trigger then?

Take care!
