Tesla EV batteries are wired in groups of 74 cells in parallel, so how are individual cells monitored?

How are individual cells monitored if they have 74 cells in parallel, 6 in series per module? Can the BMS do anything about individual cells?

And how will the 4680 cells be wired, does anyone know?

I hope this post won’t get removed, it’s technical but doesn’t break any rules and is as much about Tesla (the company) as any other question about the cars or battery products. Tesla is an energy company first and foremost.
