Out of the blue, I got a cancellation notice from them, and it’s super weird. It says the reason is for non-payment, which isn’t true I’ve been paying.
Then it says cancellation will be on Nov 17, 2019 (which is the date my policy started).
Then I get another email one minute later saying the reason it was cancelled is because I cancelled it (not true), and that the cancellation effective date will be April 14, 2020. It said 2020, not 2021.
Then I got a third email at about the same time as the second email giving the exact same information as the second email.
I’ve replied to their emails and will try to sort it out, but I wonder if they had some widescale bug that sent out cancellation notices?
