Upset With Communication

I was told by chat representatives before placing an order on an existing inventory vehicle that we have 90 days to complete the purchase.

Now my sales and delivery reps are giving me the runaround that I only have 3 days, or 7 days, to complete the order.

Additionally they just keep giving conflicting information to me, and that they can’t hold my vehicle. The rationale keeps changing when the terms and conditions clearly state I have 90 days to complete the order.

Does anyone have any experience with this? It is so disheartening that they are willing to lose a customer buying a 40K+ vehicle due to these games.
