Is 208V/12A charging for a Model 3 SR+ feasible?

I’m looking at purchasing a 2021 Model 3 SR+ in the near future. I have a weird specific situation that limits me to putting something like a Clipper Creek LCS-15 into my spot wired for 208V and set to 12A max. I have a 70km round trip commute and can charge for at least 10 hours every night. Garage temps never fall below 0C.

Anyone ever do anything like this?
