Why is my Tesla using charge parked on the driveway?

We’ve had our SR+ model 3 for 2 weeks now. The car is parked up on the driveway and plugged in, scheduled for daily driving at 4am. It charged this morning to 321km as scheduled (we’re in Australia) and then sat there plugged in but not charging all day because we didn’t go anywhere. I just checked the app now and the car is down to 297km of charge after just sitting there for 17 hours. The climate isn’t on, sentry is on, nobody has been in the car today at all.

Is it normal for sentry to use 24km in less than a day?

It’s been absolutely pissing down here for the entire day, so hard there’s flooding all over the state. Could heavy rain have anything to do with it?
