I have a Model 3. Near my home is a 6-lane major road. There’s one curve with an intersection midway through the curve, so the lane lines disappear midway through the curve. Self-driving nearly ALWAYS messes up. Today, I was in the middle lane and it nearly crashed into a car on the inside (passing) lane before I took over. Usually it does the opposite, directing the car straight ahead and into the outside (curb) lane once the lane lines disappear.
So, is there a way to highlight this error to Tesla to help them either fix it for this specific spot or use the info to educate their self-driving algorithm? Or, would they see me taking over and swerving as a signal of a mistake?
