If Tesla vehicles should not be charged and stored at >90% SoC, why can Powerwalls?

If I understand correctly, the battery cells used in both their vehicles and the residential Powerwalls are the same cells. So why can a Powerwall be charged to 100% safely and potentially not discharge for a long period of time, but we’re not supposed to do that with our cars?

Do they have different BMSs which keeps the fully charged cells healthy in a different way than vehicle BMSs operate?
