Did not receive confirmation email after enabling Multi-Factor Authentication

I just created a Tesla Account and after enabling Multi-Factor Authentication, I never received a confirmation email saying that it was enabled even though the Tesla webpage for Multi-Factor Authentication states that I should receive a confirmation email after enabling Multi-Factor Authentication.

Could this indicate a problem with my Tesla account, corrupted data in my Tesla account or an issue with the creation of my Tesla account (I turned on Multi-Factor Authentication right after creating the account and I am also wondering if not getting the Multi-Factor Authentication email meant that there was something wrong with Tesla’s servers or their website at the time my account was created and it would have also caused my account to not be created properly or have corrupted data)?

Has anyone else also not received a confirmation email confirming that Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled after turning it on?
